射频GSG探针现状及国内最新研究进展

    Current status of radio frequency GSG probes and recent research progress for localization

    • 摘要: 文章综述了片上射频探针的发展历史及其研究现状,重点介绍了各个不同发展阶段的探针类型,对比了各种探针的特点、最高工作频率及其加工方式。介绍了作者所在小组研究的基于矩形微同轴工艺的毫米波探针,此前针对W波段的微同轴探针已有详细论述,在此基础上报道了最新研究的D波段探针,并对其加工工艺进行了介绍,最后进行了探针的性能测试,实验证明该探针的射频性能与仿真结果较吻合,并且具有针尖一体成型、可快速更换、低损耗的特点。

       

      Abstract: This article reviews the development history and current research status of on-chip RF probes, with a focus on introducing probe types from various development stages. It compares the characteristics of various probes, the highest working-frequencies, and their fabrication methods. The article introduces the millimeter wave probe based on rectangular micro-coaxial technology researched by the author's team. There has been a detailed discussion on the micro-coaxial probe for the W-band previously. Based on this, the article reports on the latest research on D-band probes and provides an overview of their fabrication process. Finally, the performance of the probe was tested. The experimental results demonstrate that the RF performance of the probe matches well with the simulation results and features an integrated tip formation, quick replacement capability, and low loss.
