基于DFM分析的批产航天电子产品工程化设计与实践

    • 摘要: 随着航天产业的快速发展,航天电子产品正朝着高性能、高可靠、低成本、短周期的方向迈进。传统航天电子产品以单件或小批量生产的研制模式,已难以适应以星网等为代表的型号任务对批产化生产的需求,迫切需引入新的设计理念和方法以提升设计效率和生产效益。文章基于工程化设计理念,以制造效率、控制成本、确保工艺稳定性为核心目标,引入新型DFM分析方法,探讨了基于DFM分析的批产航天电子产品工程化设计策略,并结合实际工程案例进行了详细分析,为提高航天电子产品设计质量、降低生产成本、缩短研制周期提供有益的参考。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid development of the aerospace industry, aerospace electronic products are advancing towards high performance, high reliability, low cost, and short development cycles. The traditional development model of products in single units or small batches is increasingly inadequate to meet the demands of mass production required by mission such as satellite networks. There is an urgent need to introduce new design philosophies and methods to enhance design efficiency and production efficiency and production effectiveness. This paper, based on the concept of engineering design, focuses on manufacturing efficiency, cost control, and ensuring process stability as core objectives. It introduces a new Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis method and explores engineering design strategies for mass-produced aerospace electronic products based on DFM analysis. Detailed analysis is provided through practical engineering cases, offering valuable insights for improving the design quality of aerospace electronic products, reducing production costs, and shortening the development cycle.
