    • 摘要: 随着我国经济的快速发展,物流行业面临前所未有的扩张机遇。仓储作为物流中的重要一环显得尤为重要,研究针对仓储环节中关键的分拣作业进行优化分析,提出一种避免重复搬运的多订单批量分拣方法,以减少资源浪费和提高效率。通过集单分批处理,仓储管理系统能同时对多个订单执行拣选任务,降低自动化设备运行的冗余次数,并缩短整体搬运路径。实验证明,该策略在一定情况下,提升作业效率可达80%。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy, the logistics industry faces unprecedented opportunities for expansion. As a critical component of logistics, warehousing plays a pivotal role. This study focuses on optimizing order-picking operations—a key process in warehousing—by proposing a multi-order batch picking method that eliminates duplicate handling, thereby reducing resource waste and enhancing efficiency. Through order batching and grouping, the warehouse management system can simultaneously execute picking tasks for multiple orders, reducing redundant operations of automated equipment and shortening the overall material handling path. Experiments demonstrate that this strategy can improve operational efficiency by up to 80% under specific conditions.
