宇航有效载荷产品的防水防潮设计思考

    Thinking about the design of waterproof and moisture-proof of aerospace payload products

    • 摘要: 随着载人航天、深空探测、空间科学等航天产品的日益发展,部分宇航有效载荷产品在发射前或者返回后都需要服役于湿热等恶劣环境中。因此,有效载荷产品需采取有效的防水防潮措施,以确保电子元器件和设备高可靠、稳定运行。文章总结了航空、航海、武器等军用电子设备相关经验,从材料和元器件选用、产品结构设计、工艺过程防护三个方面进行阐述,为后续需进行防水防潮设计的宇航有效载荷产品提供参考建议。

       

      Abstract: With the continuous development of aerospace products such as manned spaceflight, deep space exploration, and space science, some aerospace payloads are required to operate in harsh environments, including high humidity and temperature, before launch or after return. Therefore, effective waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and sealing measures must be implemented for payload products to ensure the high reliability and stable operation of electronic components and equipment. This paper summarizes relevant experiences from military electronic equipment in aviation, maritime, and weapon systems, and elaborates on three key aspects: material and component selection, product structural design, and process protection. It aims to provide a reference for future aerospace payload products that require waterproof and moisture-proof design.
