Abstract:
With the continuous development of aerospace products such as manned spaceflight, deep space exploration, and space science, some aerospace payloads are required to operate in harsh environments, including high humidity and temperature, before launch or after return. Therefore, effective waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and sealing measures must be implemented for payload products to ensure the high reliability and stable operation of electronic components and equipment. This paper summarizes relevant experiences from military electronic equipment in aviation, maritime, and weapon systems, and elaborates on three key aspects: material and component selection, product structural design, and process protection. It aims to provide a reference for future aerospace payload products that require waterproof and moisture-proof design.
