无线电接收机混频器电流谐波抑制方法

    • 摘要: 受到复杂电磁环境和多径效应的影响,无线电接收机混频器的非线性特性显著增强,产生大量谐波与交调干扰,严重影响接收信号的纯净度与系统稳定性。为此,开展无线电接收机混频器电流谐波抑制方法研究。先通过同步旋转坐标变换完成无线电接收机混频器谐波电流提取,得到5次、7次谐波电流分量,然后建立无线电接收机混频器等效阻抗模型,实现前馈补偿电压计算,最后引入自适应滤波技术,实现对补偿电压的动态适时调整,从而有效抑制混频器引入的电流谐波。通过对比实验表明,该方法相较于现有抑制方法,能更有效抑制低次谐波干扰,显著提高动态响应速度与稳态精度,同时降低谐波损耗,为高精度无线电接收机的谐波治理提供有效解决方案。

       

      Abstract: Affected by complex electromagnetic environments and multipath effects, the nonlinear characteristics of radio receiver mixers are significantly enhanced, generating a large amount of harmonic and intermodulation interference, which seriously affects the purity and system stability of the received signal. To this end, research is being conducted on current harmonic suppression methods for wireless receiver mixers. Firstly, the harmonic current extraction of the radio receiver mixer is completed through synchronous rotation coordinate transformation, obtaining the 5th and 7th harmonic current components. Then, an equivalent impedance model of the radio receiver mixer is established to calculate the feedforward compensation voltage. Finally, adaptive filtering technology is introduced to dynamically and timely adjust the compensation voltage, effectively suppressing the current harmonics introduced by the mixer. Comparative experiments have shown that this method is more effective in suppressing low order harmonic interference compared to existing suppression methods, significantly improving dynamic response speed and steady-state accuracy, while reducing harmonic losses, providing an effective solution for harmonic control of high-precision radio receivers.
