Abstract:
With the continuous development of spacecraft towards intelligence and large capacity,the traditional power supply and distribution control mode based on relay can not meet the requirements of spacecraft for power supply and distribution system configuration management, fault detection and diagnosis and reliability. The use of solid-state power control technology has become the current development trend. Solid-state power controller is a contactless switch composed of solid-state power devices and intelligent control circuit. It mainly uses power electronic devices to realize the switching characteristics, integrates the conversion function of relay and the circuit protection function of circuit breaker, and generally has the functions of overload protection and state detection. Through the research on the working principle and main key technologies of solid-state power controller, this paper analyzes the advantages of spacecraft solid-state power control technology in high reliability, small size and high intelligence, and looks forward to the future development direction of solid-state power control technology.
