空间极大口径在轨组装天线技术发展综述

    State-of-the-art of on-orbit assembly of ultra-large space antenna

    • 摘要: 以我国航天任务迫切需求的极大口径天线为背景,综述了此类空间结构的在轨组装与在轨制造研究的发展现状,围绕其中的在轨组装总体任务论证、对接机构技术、在轨组装过程动力学技术、空间在轨制造技术,系统性分析了空间结构在轨组装与在轨制造存在的主要问题,并提出了其未来发展展望,内容涉及极大天线在轨组装系统优化、模块化天线多维高精度组装任务规划、轻量化组装模块构型和功能设计、组装模块感知与调控技术、新型空间对接机构技术、空间在轨制造技术、多模块组装综合性验证技术等核心技术,可为我国极大口径天线在轨组装技术研究提供理论依据和技术支持。

       

      Abstract: Based on the urgent demand for extremely large aperture antennas in China’s space missions, this paper reviews the current development status of on-orbit assembly and manufacturing technologies for such spatial structures. Focusing on key aspects including overall mission demonstration of on-orbit assembly, docking mechanism technology, dynamics of assembly process, and space manufacturing technology, a systematic analysis was conducted to identify the main challenges in space structure assembly and manufacturing. Future development perspectives were proposed, encompassing core technologies such as: system optimization for large-scale antenna assembly, multidimensional high-precision task planning for modular antennas, lightweight configuration and functional design of assembly modules, sensing and control technologies for assembly modules, novel space docking mechanisms, space manufacturing technologies, and comprehensive verification techniques for multi-module assembly. This research provides theoretical foundations and technical references for the development of on-orbit assembly technologies for extremely large aperture antennas in China.
