    • 摘要: 一种基于微带天线传感器的转速检测新方法,以微带贴片天线和矢量网络分析仪为主要部件,通过记录转子旋转在天线近场区域对端口回波损耗的周期性影响,实现转速的实时测量。首先,结合3D打印设计并制作了一款圆形微带贴片天线,为系统的构建提供了基础。然后,通过HFSS仿真验证天线端口的回波损耗随转子旋转出现周期性变化,仿真结果进一步验证了该方案的可行性。最后,完成了系统的搭建和测试,实验结果表明:该系统能够准确检测转速,误差在5%以内,并具有抗强光,非接触和抗遮挡等优点,证明了其转速检测系统的适用性和可靠性。

       

      Abstract: This paper proposes a new method of rotation speed detection based on microstrip antenna sensor. With a microstrip patch antenna and a vector network analyzer as the main components, real-time measurement of rotational speed is achieved by recording the periodic impact of rotor rotation on port return loss in the near-field area of the antenna. First, a circular microstrip patch antenna was designed and produced based on 3D printing, which provided a basis for system construction. Then, HFSS simulation was used to verify that the return loss of the antenna port changes periodically with the rotation of the rotor. The simulation results further verified the feasibility of the solution. Finally, the construction and testing of the system were completed. The experimental results showed that the system can accurately detect the rotation speed with an error within 5%, and has the advantages of anti-glare, non-contact and anti-blocking, etc., indicating the applicability of its rotation speed detection system. and reliability.
