Abstract
In view of the low processing rate, low efficiency and poor stability of the ground baseband of remote sensing satellite, a baseband data processing method based on the OpenMP multi-core parallel mechanism is proposed. By establishing multiple threads on the system platform, the data processing is decomposed into multiple threads for parallel processing. Using real satellite data as the test source, in the compression ratio of 4∶1 and lossless mode, the baseband processing method is evaluated from time, decoding speed, CPU, memory, and resource utilization as indicators. The evaluation results show that the decompression software based on the OpenMP parallelization processing method, on the basis of making full use of the hardware platform, achieves an increase of 4 times the decompression rate, and significantly improves the real-time performance.
