Abstract
The surface accuracy of antenna reflector is one of the important parameters to measure and evaluate the quality of antenna. The surface accuracy of antenna reflector will directly affect the electrical properties of antenna. Aiming at the largescale annular deployable antenna surface accuracy test, the highprecision industrial digital photogrammetry technology is used at present. In the process of largescale annular deployable antenna surface accuracy test, the measurement system accuracy is affected by the photographing datum, measurement distance, measurement target size, measurement angle, measurement photo quantity, camera parameters and other process parameters. In this paper, how to use the digital photogrammetry system to carry out the highprecision surface test of large annular deployable antenna is studied. Through the research of the design and layout of highprecision long reference ruler, and the research and verification of the optimal matching process parameters of the photogrammetry system, a highprecision surface accuracy test method for large annular deployable antenna is obtained. Experiments show that the method is reliable and effective, it can meet the measurement requirements of highprecision surface testing for large annular deployable antenna.
