    Research on high precision measurement method of large annular deployable antenna surface

    • The surface accuracy of antenna reflector is one of the important parameters to measure and evaluate the quality of antenna. The surface accuracy of antenna reflector will directly affect the electrical properties of antenna. Aiming at the largescale annular deployable antenna surface accuracy test, the highprecision industrial digital photogrammetry technology is used at present. In the process of largescale annular deployable antenna surface accuracy test, the measurement system accuracy is affected by the photographing datum, measurement distance, measurement target size, measurement angle, measurement photo quantity, camera parameters and other process parameters. In this paper, how to use the digital photogrammetry system to carry out the highprecision surface test of large annular deployable antenna is studied. Through the research of the design and layout of highprecision long reference ruler, and the research and verification of the optimal matching process parameters of the photogrammetry system, a highprecision surface accuracy test method for large annular deployable antenna is obtained. Experiments show that the method is reliable and effective, it can meet the measurement requirements of highprecision surface testing for large annular deployable antenna.
