Abstract
When conducting vibration test, due to different types and uses of products, different sizes, and the size of test equipment table is fixed, it is inevitable that the product tooling exceeds the expanded table of the vibration table. In this article, the bending equation of materials is established by simplifying the tooling model, combined with the characteristics of vibration and material mechanics, the safe use range of this large size rectangular fixture is demonstrated from the perspectives of extension length and fatigue damage. The application of the above two types of fixtures when the size of the fixture exceeds the vibration table is discussed by taking the common adapter plate type fixture and cone type fixture as an example, and the safe use range is determined in the form of a conclusion, thus such a situation occurs, it provides valuable engineering data.
