    Engineering design and practice of mass-produced aerospace electronic products based on DFM analysis

    • With the rapid development of the aerospace industry, aerospace electronic products are advancing towards high performance, high reliability, low cost, and short development cycles. The traditional development model of products in single units or small batches is increasingly inadequate to meet the demands of mass production required by mission such as satellite networks. There is an urgent need to introduce new design philosophies and methods to enhance design efficiency and production efficiency and production effectiveness. This paper, based on the concept of engineering design, focuses on manufacturing efficiency, cost control, and ensuring process stability as core objectives. It introduces a new Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis method and explores engineering design strategies for mass-produced aerospace electronic products based on DFM analysis. Detailed analysis is provided through practical engineering cases, offering valuable insights for improving the design quality of aerospace electronic products, reducing production costs, and shortening the development cycle.
