    Analysis of future trends in aerospace electronics manufacturing based on the current state of commercial aerospace development

    • With the rapid development of global commercial space industry, China's commercial aerospace sector has entered a phase of accelerated growth, where aerospace electronic manufacturing technology plays an increasingly critical role in spacecraft design, production, and testing. This paper examines the current landscape of typical payload products in domestic and international commercial aerospace sectors, analyzes the technical characteristics of electronic manufacturing processes for these representative space payloads, and explores future development trends. It concludes that aerospace electronic manufacturing will focus on two key directions, technological innovation in the design phase and automation upgrades in the manufacturing phase. Development priorities including low-cost process design, automation, scaled manufacturing, and quality control will synergistically propel the advancement of space electronics manufacturing to higher levels.
